SSM Health Dean Medical Group, a 500+ physician multi-specialty group, is actively recruiting an Gynecologic Oncology Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (0.8 FTE) to join the OB/GYN department. The OB/Gyn department consists of 11 physicians, 3 of which are Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialists, 8 advanced practitioners, and 4 Certified Nurse Midwives. The position will include both clinic and surgical assisting responsibilities for the Gynecologic Oncology service line. An ideal candidate will have experience in surgery and/or gynecology and be willing to work as part of a team.
Schedule includes a 4 day work week, daytime hours, and no call rotation
Time in the Main OR and Outpatient Surgery OR as a 1st and 2nd surgical assistant with the surgical team and GYN resident
Weekday post-op inpatient rounding
ER and Inpatient consultations
