The Opportunity

SSM Health - Agnesian Healthcare is actively recruiting a (0.8 FTE) Vascular Surgery Advanced Practitioner. In collaboration with the providers, the AP assumes clinical responsibility for tasks performed within the AP's scope of practice. This includes: taking patient's history, performing physical examinations, ordering and interpreting appropriate diagnostic tests, establishing diagnosis and providing care and management for vascular surgery patients. Expected to take part in office-based patient evaluations, follow-ups, wound care and coordinate care with various other entities (i.e. home health, wound care centers, imaging centers, medical equipment suppliers, etc).

Opportunity Highlights:

  • Call/weekends: do not anticipate any weekday night/weekend call responsibilities at this time.
  • 4 days per week; 32 hours per week, days to be determined.
  • No experience required to be considered, will train new graduates
  • 100% Outpatient based practice
