The successful candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients, managing a wide range of health conditions and promoting overall wellness. This role involves working in a collaborative environment with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough physical examinations and evaluate patient histories.

- Diagnose and treat a variety of acute and chronic illnesses.

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

- Provide preventive care, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and immunizations.

- Manage and coordinate care for patients with complex medical conditions.

- Prescribe medications and monitor their effectiveness and side effects.

- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, management, and healthy lifestyle choices.

- Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.

- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in internal medicine.

Qualifications:

- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.

- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine.

- Valid medical license to practice in the state of Missouri.

- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
