Physician - Wound Center Medical Director, St. Agnes Hospital

Agnesian HealthCare, based in Fond du Lac, WI is actively seeking a Wound Care Medical Director (Surgeon or Primary Care with experience in Wound Care) to join an established wound care department consisting of a Surgeon and Nurse Practitioner as well as 8 other support staff.

The position includes a mix of patient care and administrative duties including general oversight and direction for the Wound Care Center in accordance with the policies and procedures of Agnesian HealthCare. Primary responsibilities include clinical oversight and quality assurance of the center, delivery of medical care and oversight of support staff.

Typical schedule is Monday through Friday 8a-5p. The FTE is flexible and can range from .80 to 1.0FTE. There is no call associated with this position.

Requirements:

  • Current unrestricted or ability to obtain license as an MD/DO in the state of WI.
  • Board certification in General Surgery or Primary Care.
  • Wound Care experience.
