Fond du Lac Regional Clinic is actively recruiting a full-time (1.0FTE) OB/GYN physician for a unique opportunity to join an established practice with a physician and nurse practitioner who provide comprehensive OB/GYN care in Waupun, WI.

Practice within a thriving clinic setting and a newly-renovated Women & Infants inpatient unit, all conveniently located at the same campus. Shared call on a rotating basis. Work a four-day work week with additional hours available as desired.

Start with a guaranteed salary of $355,000 with eligibility for additional incentive compensation for productivity, quality, service and leadership. This position is with the Fond du Lac Regional Clinic, SC, a physician-owned and governed multi-specialty group affiliated with SSM Health through a professional service agreement. The Hospital

Waupun Memorial Hospital is a 25-bed hospital, which provides a full range of inpatient and outpatient services to Waupun and surrounding rural areas. The hospital was dedicated in 1951 as a tribute to veterans in both world wars and to serve the needs of the city of Waupun and its surrounding areas.

A state-of-the-art surgery area features three high-tech operating rooms, an endoscopy procedure room, 11 pre/postoperative patient rooms, four post anesthesia recovery rooms and centralized sterile processing area.

Waupun Memorial Hospital's staff of associates and volunteers is dedicated to providing services in the areas of laboratory, cardiopulmonary, rehabilitation, radiology, ultrasound, MRI, surgical, emergency, outpatient dialysis, medical/surgical services, intensive care and obstetrics.
