SSM Health - Illinois seeks an Urology NP or PA to join a reestablishing Urology program in Mt. Vernon, Illinois. Join an experienced physician who will start this fall. This position will be affiliated with SSM Health - Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon, Illinois
This is an employed position with SSM Health- Good Samaritan, a premier hospital system located in Mt. Vernon, Illinois, where easy access is available to St. Louis, Chicago, Evansville, Indianapolis, Louisville, Memphis and Nashville.

CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE, BONDING:
PA-C - Nationally Certified Physician and Illinois Licensed Physician Assistant or NP/CNS - RN and Nationally Certified as NP or CNS in specialty area and Illinois License Advanced Practice Nurse
1+ years of independent practice experience preferred, but not required
Surgical or Urology experience preferred, but not required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to assess the needs of the customer and effectively meet their needs.
Successful candidate will possess or be on track to obtain certification as an NP or PA who will be licensed in the State of Illinois.
