Full Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an established primary care practice in Centralia, Illinois.

The APN or PA plans, coordinates and implements patient care specific to the age of the population served and within the clinical scope and specialty area of the Nurse Practitioner as designated by their respective certifying bodies and as delegated by their collaborating or supervising physician. The nurse practitioner shall provide patient care according to the protocols agreed upon by the SSM Health - Medical Group. Will be working with outpatient primary care patients of all ages.

The position will be a full-time position with a M-F schedule.

Looking for an experienced provider comfortable working independently as a practitioner, successful candidates will have at least of 2 year of independent working experience as a NP or PA.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications:

1. Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.

2. Be board certified through their governing body in the specialty of Family Medicine

3. Possess at least three year of previous practice experience as an NP or PA

4. Must hold an active and unrestricted license to practice in the State of Illinois.
